Past, Present and Future

What do we know about these times?  Do we like what’s happening in the present?

Do we like the future or do we just want to know what happens?

Do we like the past and want it to stay that way or do we want to change it?

Would you time travel and change your life or would you let your life be?

All of our life is based on past, present and future, some people may say I’m wrong and our life is based on joy, sadness, anger, fear and disgust. Well in my opinion they come second.

Without the past, present and future, what is life?

Everyone has a life and it is full of the past, present and future. You should use it very carefully so ensure that you enjoy your life.

  • Earlier this year, I completed my Mental Health First Aider Training (MHFA) England, something I had wanted to do for a little while.
  • Recently, I was delivering the "First 90 Days in your New Role" for LHH. This is a workshop which generates great discussion around helping people who are still interviewing to find their next appropriate opportunity and to think about how they would answer this question at interview.
