“If you do what you’ve always done; you’ll get what you’ve always got”

Merry Christmas to all of you!
As Christmas approaches and 2018 draws to a close, I'd just like to thank each and every one of you for your amazing support this year. I love working with my clients, and feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful bunch of people around me in my day-to-day life.
For many people, Christmas is a magical time of year spent at home with their loved ones. However, a lot of people can also struggle at Christmas time, be it through the financial stresses of buying presents, loneliness, or depression. Take a close look at the people around you, both at home and at work, and see if you can extend a gesture that just might just make all the difference to someone's Christmas this year!
As for me, I'll be up in Scotland with my husband & daughter for Christmas. I'm looking forward to a few days relaxing and enjoying time with my family before I get stuck into 2019, which promises to hold many exciting new projects and challenges, and I'm sure it will bring some awesome new clients too!
Realise that Christmas can be a tough time for some people;
Aspire to make someone's Christmas special this year, and;
Do have a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!

I have previously written about "Belonging - what does this mean to you?" (http://j-w-c.co.uk/blog-display/293). Recently, I was delivering the "First 90 Days in your New Role" for LHH. This is a workshop which generates great discussion around helping people who are still interviewing to find their next appropriate opportunity and to think about how they would answer this question at interview.Posted by Jacqueline Jardine - Tuesday, 21st September 2021 at 3:15pm
