It's amazing just how much can change in a few weeks! 

My husband and I became grandparents for the first time (I know, I'm not old enough I hear you say!) We now have a beautiful baby grandson. 

My daughter started her new middle school and as a working mum this has also meant an adjustment to my working day. 

I have started committing to some other personal goals, walking initially 10,000 steps each day and now 12,500 steps and drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water. And I feel great!

And drum roll please, I launched my website, yippee!

When was the last time, you had some "me" time? 

In the days since the UK's decision to leave the EU, it has been interesting to get clients' reactions and thoughts and to understand how they are going to manage the uncertainty/ambiguity that may exist in their employees' minds as well as their maybe their own!

I had the privilege when I worked for VWG UK Ltd to work with Steve Williams who won gold in the coxless 4's in Athens 2004 and 2008. 

Hey I am Iona and I’m in year four. My teacher Miss McCullion needs to know what Middle School I’m going to by the middle of November and as for me I’m scared and don’t want to leave Haynes Lower School. Sometimes I can’t tell my parents things about Middle School and I think some other children might feel the same.
