What a beautiful sunny day. As I go for my walk this morning there is something instinctively pleasing and gratifying about being outside in the forest; a sense of escapism!

As I am out walking, reflecting and making sure I do my 12,500 steps a day, I am reminded that we have recently had Stress Awareness Week.  I thought it was therefore pertinent that I write about the ability to "switch off" although, it's sometimes easier said than done!
