When was the last time, you had some "me" time? 

In the days since the UK's decision to leave the EU, it has been interesting to get clients' reactions and thoughts and to understand how they are going to manage the uncertainty/ambiguity that may exist in their employees' minds as well as their maybe their own!

I had the privilege when I worked for VWG UK Ltd to work with Steve Williams who won gold in the coxless 4's in Athens 2004 and 2008. 

Hey I am Iona and I’m in year four. My teacher Miss McCullion needs to know what Middle School I’m going to by the middle of November and as for me I’m scared and don’t want to leave Haynes Lower School. Sometimes I can’t tell my parents things about Middle School and I think some other children might feel the same.

It has been a summer of great achievements and focus, individuals and teams showing off their credentials in Rio.  These attributes are also just three of the elements that support your transition into a new job; setting up your own business; managing a portfolio career, for example.
